Staff Positions and
Job Descriptions

Staff of Family Rescue Services has greatly expanded since the summer of 2004. It operates under the direction of a Board of Directors consisting of individuals from the four-county service area. The Board of Directors sets policy and approves the budget with input from the Executive Director. The paid staff positions are listed below:

Executive Director: She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency and makes all management decisions including staff issues. She is located in the Chadron Office.

County Program Directors: They are responsible for the administration of services for their respective counties.

Community Educator: She is responsible for educating the community about domestic violence, sexual assault, and healthy relationships.  She is also responsible for educating volunteers and on-call advocates. She is located in the Chadron Office.

Life Skills Educator: She is responsible for providing life skills education to victims and their families. She is located in the Chadron Office.

Agency Assistant: She is responsible for grant reports as well as managing the emergency shelters and transitional homes. She is located in the Chadron Office.

Agency Advocate: She is responsible for being an advocate for clients in need. She will also be the link between FRS and the Criminal Justice System. She is located in the Alliance Office.

On-Call Advocates and Volunteers: They are responsible for assisting staff with providing services based on established policies.
